AFCA to provide updates at virtual member forum 

The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) leadership team will provide an update to members at a two-day virtual member forum next month. 

Chief Ombudsman and CEO David Locke will open the forum on November 16 with a keynote address, marking five years of AFCA.  

Updates will also be provided on AFCA projects including an IT transformation and preparations for a new member portal due to launch in March.  

Sessions on general insurance, life insurance, superannuation and investment and advice will be held on November 17.
