The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) will hold virtual member forums tomorrow and Wednesday to share its key priorities for the year ahead. 

Chief Ombudsman David Locke will kick off the program with an address at 11am tomorrow. COO Justin Untersteiner and EGM Jurisdiction Michelle Kumarich will speak next, providing updates on complaints and AFCA’s work in systemic issues respectively. 

AFCA’s general insurance session will take place on Wednesday at 1:45pm, after the life session at 12:30pm.
