More than 170 golfers from the insurance and wider business community raised $90,000 at Adroit Insurance Group’s annual charity golf day last week.

The event at Barwon Heads, near Geelong, was the Victorian broker’s 12th annual golf day, with the company raising more than $650,000 from the events.

The day’s proceeds took Adroit past the $1 million mark in funds raised for local communities from events such as golf days, sporting events and office activities.
