Adroit broker takes Frank Earl award
Fleur Taylor from Adroit Insurance Group in Victoria has won the Austbrokers Frank Earl Platinum Award.
Ms Taylor, who joined Adroit in 2011, earned praise for her enthusiasm and innovation in the broking business, according to Austbrokers CEO Mark Searles.
The award recognises outstanding performance in client service, business retention and growth, professional development and engagement with the insurance industry.
It honours Mr Earl, who was an Austbrokers director from April 2005 until his death in 2010 aged 63.
His technical skill, competitive drive and ability to create long-lasting relationships remain a benchmark, the company says. He played a key role in the development of professional indemnity insurance and was well known in the Australian and Lloyd’s markets.
Other award finalists were Marcus Hamill from Comsure in Queensland; Patrick Molloy of Austbrokers AEI Transport in NSW; Martin Williams of Austbrokers ABS Aviation in NSW; Tom Sullivan of Austbrokers Countrywide in Victoria; and Morgan Jones of Austbrokers Terrace in SA.
