Actuaries search for new chief

The Actuaries Institute is without a CEO after Melinda Howes left the role last Friday.

A recruitment process is still under way and President John Newman hopes to make an announcement in the new year.

Ms Howes has left after four years to become AMP’s Director of Business Operations, Banking and Wealth Management.

Business Development Manager David Thompson is acting as CEO until a replacement is found.
