Ace has become a national sponsor of the Young Insurance Professionals (YIPs) in Australia and New Zealand.

The deal will help the non-profit YIPs host events such as educational workshops, seminars and networking activities in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland.

“We want to support the professional development of young people in the industry,” Ace Australia and New Zealand President John French said. “There is no better way to do that than [by] sponsoring an industry-wide initiative that will help young people prosper.”

YIPs Australasian President Sampath Soysa says Ace is the first underwriter to sponsor the group.
