Ace has expanded its construction team with three appointments in Australia and New Zealand.

Stephen Pollard has become Manager, Construction Australia and New Zealand. He moves from Manchester in the UK, where he was a senior regional construction underwriter at Ace.

He replaces Andrew Morris, who is moving to Singapore to lead Ace’s construction industry practice group.

Michael Fletcher has become Construction Underwriting Manager for Victoria, SA and WA. He was previously a senior underwriter.

Mechanical engineer Kent Baerlocher has joined the company from Lend Lease as Construction Underwriter Australia and New Zealand.
