360 Underwriting Solutions’ new internal claims team will commence operations next Monday.

Head of Claims Norlie Dooma will be supported by Katrina Tan and James Wallace.

Ms Tan was previously a senior claims specialist with IAG and Mr Wallace has held senior claims roles at Suncorp, Chubb and Honan Insurance.

Former Allianz executives Chris Lynch and Denis Morrissey acquired 360 from major underwriting agency group Sura last year.

From October 1 the new 360 claims team will manage new claims on policies incepted since July 1 last year. Sura will transfer across all open claims from policies that commenced from that date, but will continue to manage outstanding claims from policies incepted on or before June 30 last year.
