Vero Head of Distribution Anthony Pagano is getting set to embark on his 21km walk in Sydney later this month to raise funds and awareness for cancer charity Tour De Cure. 

The campaign is part of Suncorp’s Spirit to Cure 2023 initiative, which is now in its third year of encouraging employees to participate in fundraising activities and events. 

Mr Pagano has raised the highest individual amount amongst Suncorp employees since announcing the walk last month, having achieved $14,418 so far – just shy of his $15,000 target. His team, “Risky Business – Sydney", is marked as second on the leaderboard amongst employee-based fundraiser groups. 

In a recent post on LinkedIn, he thanked previous contributors and urged those thinking of donating to do so, saying that “every dollar counts”.
