Steadfast rolls out app designed to streamline operations

Steadfast Technologies has launched an application that allows clients to quote, bind and pay online, streamlining operations and saving time for brokers.

Insight GM Antonella Shannahan says Steadfast Apps is being released to the wider Steadfast broker network following “fantastic feedback” from a pilot group.

“The new application can completely remove the process of quoting, invoicing and receipting payment, which is particularly useful for those low-premium, high-volume transactions that take up a lot of brokers’ precious time,” Ms Shannahan said.

“By removing some of the volume of small yet time-consuming tasks, brokers can invest more time in client relationships, advice and complex risks analysis.”

Brokerages can white-label the application to expand their branding footprints, and it integrates with the Insight broking platform and its dashboards, Ms Shannahan says. The application is especially suitable for scheme-based business, according to Steadfast Technologies.

The group’s technology enhancements are developed through broker feedback, with 10 releases deployed to the Insight system last financial year.

“In the past 12 months, we’ve implemented significant efficiencies to our open API, compliance and tasking modules, and our integrated business performance dashboards for Insight. Steadfast Apps is the next important step for our insurance technology ecosystem,” Ms Shannahan said.
