Steadfast has appointed UK industry veteran Joan Cleary as a non-executive director from July 28.

Ms Cleary has more than 30 years’ industry experience, and served 20 years at QBE in senior executive roles.

She also previously acted as CFO of GE’s London Market reinsurance operations and has held other leadership positions in the reinsurance industry in the UK.
