Insurance software provider SSP’s Select multi-line administration platform has gained Ebix Sunrise Exchange accreditation.

The exchange is an electronic trading service for insurers and intermediaries.

“Sunrise Exchange is a critical service for intermediaries enabling them to rapidly quote, write new business, endorse and renew polices digitally across a range of underwriters,” SSP Asia-Pacific GM Paul Miller said. “SSP’s commitment to the commercial insurance market drove our objective to integrate Select with this trading platform.”

Ebix Australia MD Leon d’Apice has welcomed the arrangement with SSP.

“This step underscores our commitment to providing innovative and efficient solutions for the insurance industry,” he said.

“Ebix Sunrise Exchange will allow intermediaries and insurers using SSP Select to streamline their operations, enhance their service offerings, and respond swiftly to market demands.”
