SHC Insurance Brokers, a NSW-based commercial risk adviser, has acquired Insurance Specialists Group (ISG) and its authorised representative for an undisclosed amount. 

ISG’s specialties include business, professional indemnity, strata, workers’ compensation and construction and home warranty insurance. 

The acquisition follows ISG founding director Dan Naidoo’s decision to semi-retire. 

“SHC is very happy to fold Dan’s business into our own, with many synergies promoting that it’s an obvious fit,” MD Stefan Hicks said. 

“Dan and his team have built up a loyal and stable client base over many years, which is a tribute to their high professional service levels.”
