PSC Network celebrates achievements at annual conference

PSC Network Insurance Partners held its National Conference last month in Adelaide, celebrating the business’s achievements with more than 250 guests including its authorised representatives (ARs), staff and insurance partners at the Sofitel hotel.

The August 13-15 event was supported by 37 key insurers, agency and supplier partners.

During the conference sessions PSC said the business aims to build on the foundations of the network to support ARs and position them for stronger growth.

“We are doing this through investing in artificial intelligence to create automated bot processes in our AR businesses so they can focus on what really matters – their clients,” PSC said.

PSC is also capitalising on its independence to develop technology and partnerships without constraints or channel conflict; utilising its data to negotiate with insurer partners to develop products and solutions tailored specifically for clients of its ARs; and focusing on education, both technical and business skills.

At the same time PSC intends to drive innovation and collaboration with its ARs and support brokers who are new to being an AR with easy pathways to start their business.

PSC celebrated the success of the past year giving awards to standout ARs at the conference. Here are the winners by categories:

Rising Star of the Year – Lachlan Lee & Matthew Perez, Stonewell Insurance

AR of the Year – Wesley Strong, Westrock Insurance Brokers

Reliance Partner of the Year – Paul Flannery, RP Quayside

High Achiever for PSC staff – Ray Marvin (Regional Manager NSW) and Janine Shipton (Regional Manager Western) for their outstanding support in the development, testing and roll-out of APEX, PSC’s AI-driven multi-quote solution platform

Chairman’s Region of the Year – Paul Hogan (Queensland).

“We are incredibly proud of our AR network and their commitment to continue to work with us to build better businesses together,” PSC says.

“The future is looking exciting for our network and so is our 2024 conference in Tokyo.”
