Sydney-based Peter Bailey has departed AIG Australia after 10 years, mostly as Head of Portfolio Solutions. 

A LinkedIn post from Mr Bailey thanked his AIG team for "setting the standard and making every day count”. 

“Today marks the end of my tenure at AIG. After a fabulous journey over 10 years, I am closing a chapter in order to begin a new one,” Mr Bailey said. 

"To our loyal and supportive clients and broker partners, I am fortunate to be leaving with great memories and lasting friendships. Wishing you all the very best for the future and hope our paths cross again.” 

Mr Bailey was formerly Dual Australia MD for three years, and spent 1996-2005 at QBE in Sydney and London. He was also previously Calliden Insurance Underwriting Director for five years, and FAI Professional Liability Division Manager in the 1990s.
