Pen Underwriting has promoted Lenu Lukose to the position of Chief Underwriting Officer. 

Sydney-based Mr Lukose has held the position of Property Portfolio Manager at Pen for two years. 

He was formerly at One Underwriting for almost 9 years and underwriter at QBE. 

A month ago, Pen appointed Dean West to the position of National Construction & Engineering Manager, and Hun Kim to the position of Chief Actuary. Mr West was formerly at Axa in Singapore, while Mr Kim spent almost 15 years at Zurich.
