The National Insurance Brokers Association has launched a website for its Insure Your Future scheme, which focuses on easing the transition into the industry for new and prospective brokers.

The recruitment initiative kicked off last October at the association’s annual convention, targeting high school and university graduates, and people switching into the industry.

The association will this year hold a series of career expos featuring experienced industry figures to help inform new brokers.

The initiative comes as the industry grapples with skills shortages and staff burnout concerns.
