NIBA chief champions unity ahead of sold-out convention
The National Insurance Brokers Association says its annual convention has sold out.
The three-day event, starting on Sunday at the Adelaide Convention Centre, will host more than 800 delegates, with more than 85 exhibitors and 15 partners expected.
It will begin with a “Louisiana-style” street party, followed by two session days, then a closing dinner and the awards ceremony.
Financial Services Minister Stephen Jones, Insurance Council of Australia CEO Andrew Hall and Australian Financial Complaints Authority CEO David Locke will feature in panels, with former NSW Fire Service commissioner Shane Fitzsimmons delivering a keynote speech.
NIBA CEO Richard Klipin has promised attendees informative content and an excellent networking opportunity.
“Our convention is our flagship event, it is the time when our community gathers, it is the time when we stand together, it is the time when unity is important,” he said.
