Javln has appointed Ben Rees, James Brading and Shelley Cox to leadership positions.

Mr Rees joins the New Zealand-based insurance software group from pet healthcare company IDEXX. He will serve as head of engineering, reporting to CTO Peter Waring. 

Mr Brading is head of product, overseeing the group’s product strategy for brokers. He will report to chief product officer Matt Sealy.

Ms Cox will be head of customer success. She joins from AI actuarial firm Montoux, where she was co-CEO.

Her previous experience includes six years at AMP in senior roles such as head of customer retention.
