Howden Head of Mergers and Acquisitions Kristen Babbage joined the broker this month and is based in Sydney. 

She was previously Steadfast Group Senior Manager Operations and Acquisitions, a role she held for slightly more than six years since joining the broking network in February 2016, according to her LinkedIn. 

Ms Babbage has multi-industry experience providing and leading teams across various merger and acquisition activities including both buy and sell side due diligence, deal negotiation, valuations, capital raising including IPO, public and private placements, debt facilities and general accounting advice.
