Knight Insurance Services and its authorised representatives will join the Omnisure network as a corporate AR. 

Omnisure says the deal marks an “exciting new chapter” for Knight Insurance, and it will aim to provide a “seamless transition” for staff and customers. 

Knight Insurance principal Wayne Knight says the move comes after “careful consideration” and he is “delighted to align with a brokerage that shares the same core values”.

Omnisure CEO Schalk Van Der Merwe says the network is “proud to be a business of choice for authorised representatives looking for a supportive and growth-focused environment. Omnisure provides a strong long-term succession pathway for business owners while maintaining the high level of personalised service their clients have come to expect.”

The announcement comes after Omnisure merged with NSW broker Acacia Insurance & Risk Services last October.
