Taylor Burstow has been appointed manager of McLardy McShane’s Queensland branch.

Mr Burstow has held positions at ShieldCover, East West Insurance Brokers and WTW. He is the National Insurance Brokers Association’s 2023 young broker of the year and its Queensland committee chair.

He says the Queensland insurance market is “certainly a unique one”, with floods and tropical cyclones among its challenges. “Local expertise is very important to have in the market for McLardy McShane. I see this as a great opportunity and a natural fit for me.”
