Insurtech Australia to host ‘empowering brokers’ event
Insurtech Australia (IA) and DLA Piper will host an event on July 25 at which insurance brokers can hear from leading insurtech experts on the technologies shaping the future for the industry.
Insurance News Chairman and Publisher Terry McMullan will moderate a panel featuring ZapCentral Director Lisa Woodley, BJS Insurance Group Operations Manager and former National Insurance Brokers Association president Dianne Phelan, Honey Insurance Partnerships VP Eoghan Trehy, SafetyCulture Care MD Frank Costigan and DLA Piper Senior Associate Ann-Marie Coleman.
“Our panel of experts have a deep understanding of how brokers operate and the broker technology landscape, along with how technology and insurtech play a role in efficiency, productivity and improving customer service through consistency,” IA says.
Insurtechs with solutions relevant for small to medium metropolitan and regional brokers will attend, providing an opportunity for insurance brokers to hear how to harness technology to better serve client needs.
Thye event will give brokers “insight into the digital capabilities and innovations needed to stay competitive, efficient and customer relevant,” the organisers say.
The event will take place at DLA Piper, 1 Martin Place (access via Pitt Street) at 4-7pm on July 25. Register here.
