Zurich has recruited former Insurance House Advance GM Melissa Starfield as its new head of authorised representatives.

As insuranceNEWS.com.au has reported, Insurance House Advance has entered a partnership with fellow Steadfast-owned network CBN, with Insurance House authorised representatives to move across.

Ms Starfield helped with the transition before announcing her departure and appointment at Zurich.

“After an incredible journey with IHA and CBN, I’m ready to embark on this next chapter,” she wrote on LinkedIn. “I look forward to working with the exceptional team at Zurich, driving growth, strengthening relationships and bringing even more value to our broker partners.”

Zurich says Ms Starfield, who previously spent eight years with CGU, will have responsibility for its Service 365 team, which is dedicated to serving ARs, and for evolving how the insurer engages with ARs across the country.
