Global insurance group Howden held a party this week at London’s Tate Modern to mark the company’s 30th anniversary.

“We pride ourselves on having specialist expertise right across the board – from construction to cyber, marine, mergers, and from finance to, of course, fine art,” group CEO David Howden wrote on LinkedIn.

UK-headquartered Howden has expanded in Australia and New Zealand since launching a local operation in 2021. 

“I couldn't help reflecting that this company has come a long, long way since we signed our first speciality [directors’ and officers’] deal back in the days when we were just three people and a dog,” Mr Howden said.

“Fast forward to today and we’re painting on a truly global canvass. We’re having fun. And, with our spectacular specialists behind us, and even bigger plans to come, we are only just getting started.”
