Gallagher has acquired Health Insurance Consultants Australia, a specialist health cover brokerage and consultancy. 

Melbourne-based HICA has served corporate clients, small and medium businesses, professional groups and associations for more than three decades. 

“HICA has a strong record of growth and will enhance our benefits consulting capabilities in Australia,” Gallagher’s chairman and CEO J. Patrick Gallagher said. 

Founders Suzanne and Jethro Still and the team will stay on under Graham Campbell, who heads Gallagher’s Australian employee benefits and human resources consulting operations.
