Claims manager Gallagher Bassett Australia (GB) has appointed Debbie Vounakis as its new Head of Sales and Client Services – Personal Injury.  

Ms Vounakis, who currently serves as GB’s Claims Operations Manager, has more than 20 years of industry experience, including time at CGU and Allianz, before joining GB in 2021.  

GB Chief Client Officer Pete Diskin says Ms Vounakis’ “unwavering commitment to client success,” primes her to achieving the focused goals of the organisation.  

GB says she will begin her new role at the start of November, following a brief transition period.
