Fundraiser lunch will honour broker
The family of former director of Brisbane-based authorised representative CPR Insurance Services Robert Cooper has announced a fundraising lunch to celebrate his life.
Mr Cooper died earlier this year, aged 61, following a battle with blood cancer.
The National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) described Mr Cooper as “a strong NIBA supporter and a valued member of our broking community”.
Mr Cooper was selected as a finalist for NIBA’s 2020 Queensland Broker of the Year and spent time working with its mentoring program.
The fundraiser will be held on July 18 at the Prince Consort Hotel in Brisbane, with all proceeds going to the Leukaemia Foundation.
