McLardy McShane Group has appointed Shaneika Sutherland as national development manager, focused on broadening relationships and helping to manage the growing network.   

Sydney-based Ms Sutherland has spent more than seven years at Bizcover, most recently as operations and distribution manager. 

“We are thrilled Shaneika has agreed to join the team,” McLardy McShane COO Meg Long said. “She comes to us with many years’ experience building out business models and fostering relationships, plus she is the perfect culture fit.” 

Ms Sutherland says she is “eager to make a meaningful impact in this dynamic role”.
