Jarrod Tilbrook has been appointed NSW head of broking at Coverforce Insurance Brokers.

The change comes after Gareth Carpenter took the newly created role of national broking manager in August.

Mr Tilbrook was most recently WTW director of property and casualty for six years and previously spent a decade at Aon after a stint as SME underwriter at Vero in Adelaide.

“Jarrod’s deep understanding of the market and proven ability to deliver tailored risk solutions will further enhance our ability to meet the evolving needs of our clients and strengthen our position in the NSW market,” Mr Carpenter said.

“His exceptional technical broking expertise and extensive experience in complex placement strategies will be a significant asset.”

Coverforce was founded more than 25 years ago and has been owned by Steadfast Group since 2021.
