CGU has been crowned General Insurer of the Year by the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA), while transport and logistics specialist NTI won the Underwriting Agency award.

Liberty Specialty Markets took out the Specialty Insurer category, a new award.

NIBA CEO Philip Kewin says all three awards are determined by feedback from the annual Broker Market Survey which canvasses product and service quality criteria, including brand and broker experience.

"I would like to congratulate CGU, Liberty Specialty Markets and NTI on their awards and thank them for their high level of service and outstanding product quality,” Mr Kewin said.
