Aon and Marsh will go head to head for the large broker of the year crown at this year’s Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance awards.

ANZIIF yesterday unveiled the finalists for its 20th awards event, to be held in Sydney on August 22.

“The Australian Insurance Industry Awards celebrate the remarkable achievements of individuals and businesses across the insurance chain and recognise the impressive and diverse range of talent within the industry,” the institute said.

“ANZIIF would like to thank the judging panel, who generously devoted their time to assess this year’s submissions. ANZIIF would also like to thank our sponsors, who continue to support this incredible celebration of talent and accomplishment.”

Finalists for the small broking company of the year award are Clear Insurance, Moody Kiddell & Partners (Insurance), Trade Risk, and Vie Legal Insurance.

Up for authorised representative network of the year are Community Broker Network, Insurance Advisernet, McLardy McShane Partners, and Resilium.
