Ausure set for South Africa conference

Final preparations are being made ahead of Ausure’s “once-in-a-lifetime” convention in South Africa next month.

More than 100 people are expected to attend the event, set to take place from April 12-20, including representatives from affiliated brokers, authorised representatives, and insurance partners.

The convention will feature stops in major South African cities, safari expeditions, and stays at the Ivory Tree Game Lodge and Table Bay Hotel, in addition to a whole-day convention held on April 14.

Ausure CEO Scott McCarthy says the event offers attendees a memorable and rewarding experience.

“The thrill of being in the African bush doing game drives and the sheer beauty of Cape Town and its surroundings make it a unique experience for the group,” Mr McCarthy said.

“A trip like this, with around 100 people, including our insurer and funding partners, creates connections that you do not get from a normal conference event.”

The broker has also invited 25 employees from its head office to attend the convention in appreciation of their time and efforts at the company.

“One of our goals, when we decided on South Africa, was to be able to take our long-serving staff as recognition of their contribution towards Ausure’s success, so it will be really satisfying watching their faces when they head out on their first game drive,” Mr McCarthy said.
