Aon Asia-Pacific CEO Anne Corona will take up a global role from next month, with the company to appoint a new regional head.

Ms Corona, who has been with Aon for nearly 25 years, has been named CEO of enterprise clients and global chief commercial officer.

“The challenges our clients are facing are multifaceted, complex and interconnected, and all require agility and the ability to make decisions quickly,” CEO of regions and North America Lori Goltermann said.

“Anne’s exceptional leadership and strategic vision will strengthen Aon’s commercial capabilities and expertise to help our clients make better decisions across risk and people issues.” 

Ms Corona has led the Asia-Pacific region since 2021, based in Singapore. She previously held roles including chief of staff in the office of the CEO.

An Aon spokesperson says recruitment of a regional CEO will start shortly. “In the meantime, maintaining consistency and continuity in the Asia-Pacific business is the top priority for Anne, the Asia-Pacific executive committee and Lori Goltermann.”
