Faith-based insurer Ansvar is undertaking a major modernisaton of its technology, particularly in the areas of data protection and regulatory compliance.

It is working with IT service provider Interactive to better safeguard sensitive information and deliver cybersecurity training for brokers to ensure “all areas of the business remain informed and vigilant”.

Ansvar is migrating to a public cloud platform from private cloud, and says the move will enhance risk mitigation and scalability and streamline operations, enabling end users to work more efficiently.

IT manager Heather Santin says Interactive’s managed services suite has given customers peace of mind that Ansvar is “well equipped to meet the high standards and compliance obligations that are expected of us. We were looking for a strong partner to future-proof Ansvar and that’s exactly what we found.

“We need to be agile in identifying and adopting these improved platforms.”
