Kathleen Warden has been appointed AIG Client & Broker Engagement for Asia Pacific and Australia. 

Sydney-based Ms Warden has spent more than six years at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, where she was most recently Head of Customer & Broker Engagement after starting as Senior Underwriter. 

"I'm very much looking forward to joining the team and meeting our clients and brokers in APAC,” Ms Warden said. 

The appointment comes as Melbourne-based Grant Cairns, a Chubb veteran of two decades, prepares to take the reins as AIG Australia CEO in November.
