Agile has appointed Liz Geden as senior liability underwriter for its New Zealand team.

It is the first underwriting hire for Agile NZ since launching last year.

Ms Geden has nearly 20 years’ insurance experience, including roles at AIG, NZI, Lumley and most recently Delta Insurance.

She specialises in casualty, professional liability, cyber and financial lines.

Agile group CEO Robin Barham welcomed Ms Geden to the business, writing on LinkedIn: “So pleased to have you with Agile: better underwriting team and excited to be offering our New Zealand brokers and partners direct access to Lloyd’s [in] their home territory.”
