She is focusing on an exclusion requiring homeowners to keep their building up-to-date with the most recent building code.

She says this is not reasonable to expect homeowners to do, and Mr Storey agrees.

Ms Orr says it is an unfair term to have within the PDS.

Mr Storey disagrees, saying that it depends on how the claims process is carried out.
