Ms Orr asks Ms Callahan whether she thinks, on the basis of Mr Winter's evidence yesterday regarding the website errors, that Allianz has in the past placed enough weight on the interests of the customer, and whether senior managers took compliance seriously.

"There have been compliance incidents which show there was not sufficient consideration of the customer in those situations," Ms Callahan says.

Ms Orr asks whether in the past Allianz had allocated enough resources to compliance.
