Ms Orr highlights a workshop led by Deloitte in which Allianz compliance staff raised a number of concerns.

Staff said resourcing was inadequate and there was a poor compliance culture, and that breaches were handled in a "band-aid" fashion.

They also suggested a "compliance 101 for all staff".
