Ms Orr refers to notes from an interview between a senior member of Allianz staff and Deloitte, which include the phrase "why are you being so hysterical".

Ms Orr suggests this shows that people raising compliance concerns were not taken seriously, and accused of being hysterical.

She asks Ms Callahan whether senior management at Allianz take compliance seriously.

"In 2018 I have significant support in pushing through a major program of change," Ms Callahan says.
