Ms Orr is pushing Ms Callahan on whether Allianz processes were adequate to ensure compliance with the law to report significant breaches to ASIC.

After much debate, Ms Callahan says she believes they were.

"Are you sure that is the evidence you want to give?" Ms Orr asks.

Ms Callahan is accepting that there were failures to comply with the law, but does not want to say that those failures were due to inadequate processes within Allianz.
