Ms Orr asks whether Allianz has improved its systems for monitoring remedial action in response to compliance breaches.

Ms Callahan says a breach review committee was established in May this year, and an incident management committee set up last month to have oversight of all incidents "whether reportable or not".

"It was identified that there needed to be structures that were corporate compliance led, not business led," she says.
