Wilkie cleared of fraud charges
Former FAI director Daniel Wilkie has been found not guilty of three charges of fraud and dishonesty.
Mr Wilkie walked free from the NSW Supreme Court last week after beating two counts of failing to act honestly as an officer of FAI, and one count of being privy to the fraudulent altering of a book relating to the affairs of FAI. All three charges related to reductions in the recording of claims made on policies written by FAI in January 1998.
