Submissions to the review of Victoria’s Accident Compensation Act, which regulates the workers’ compensation scheme, will close on May 2.

Peter Hanks QC, who is conducting the review, says it looks at simplifying the interactions employers and workers have with the scheme, enhancing workplace health and safety incentives, and improving benefits to injured workers.
