London-based regtech Recordsure is teaming up with KPMG to offer its suite of artificial intelligence-driven solutions to Australian financial institutions including insurers.

KPMG will bundle the UK start-up’s offerings into its existing suite of risk and business transformation capabilities for financial services clients.

“We considered building our own technology platform, but discovered Recordsure and saw an opportunity to integrate it with our risk and customer capabilities to solve some big challenges in the market,” National Industry Leader Financial Services Adrian Fisk said.

“We are excited to be introducing this pioneering regtech technology in Australia. Particularly at a time when interactions between the financial services industry and their customers are under more scrutiny than ever before.”

A number of UK insurers and banks are already using the UK start-up’s technologies to help with compliance and regulatory matters.
