Terrorism pool appoints new member
Financial Services Minister Chris Bowen has announced the reappointment of the Chairman and a new appointment to the Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation (ARPC) board.
Gersh Investment Partners Executive Chairman Joseph Gersh retains the chairman’s role he has held since 2003, and chartered accountant Marian Micalizzi has also been reappointed as a member.
Corporate strategist Jan Bowe, who has held senior roles with NRMA, Suncorp and the Commonwealth Bank, has been appointed as a member of the ARPC board, replacing Andrew Lumsden.
They will each serve three-year terms to June 30, 2012.
