Submissions to APRA go public
Future submissions to Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) consultations will be made public, but organisations will be able to request all or part of their submission remains confidential.
Organisations and individuals wanting to keep part of their documents confidential will have to submit these pages separately.
APRA says automatic confidentially messages on emails will not stop the submission being made public.
The new rules will apply to all submissions made to all consultations closing after December 31.
