SIRA conducts customer experience survey
The NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) is seeking customer feedback on the state’s workers’ compensation, compulsory third party and home building compensation insurance schemes.
SIRA says it is welcoming responses from anyone who has made a claim or holds a policy, with the feedback to be used to help improve the performance of the schemes.
Anonymous online survey responses will be collected by the Social Research Centre (SRC), owned by the Australian National University, with a summary provided to SIRA.
Workers’ compensation and home building compensation cover are mainly provided through NSW state-owned icare, while five private insurers provide cover under the CTP Green Slip scheme.
