Former FAI man pleads guilty
Former FAI General Insurance Financial Controller Tony Boulden has pleaded guilty to breaching the Corporations Law.
Mr Boulden, 52, appeared in the Sydney Supreme Court last week. The matter has been adjourned for sentencing until October 12 for a two-day hearing.
The case has been brought by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and is being prosecuted by the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions.
